It can be operated in 3 modes: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic.

This hydraulic press supports multiple positioning modes: it can utilize hydraulic cylinders paired with mechanical stops for positioning (achieving an accuracy of up to 0.05 mm); alternatively, it can employ position sensors for electrical positioning (achieving an accuracy of up to 0.03 mm); furthermore, it can utilize pressure sensors to achieve pressure-based positioning (achieving an accuracy of up to 0.1 kgf).

This powder-forming hydraulic press is equipped with comprehensive safety protection features. Its activation system utilizes a two-hand control design featuring flush-head buttons; this requires the operator to simultaneously press both buttons within a 0.5-second time window for the machine to initiate operation. Additionally, an emergency stop switch is strategically positioned at the center of the start buttons, ensuring that in the event of an emergency, the operator can quickly and easily access and activate the switch.

Workstation

The workstation features a reasonable stress distribution under load, providing good rigidity and high strength. It is manufactured using semi-automatic flame cutting and has T-slots on the surface for convenient workpiece clamping.

Feed Hopper

The feed hopper ensures uniform powder distribution and consistent powder filling, while the integrated metal adsorption function prevents impurities from damaging the equipment.
