100T Powder Molding Machine
The 100T powder forming hydraulic press is a customized model specifically designed for forming both metal and non-metal powders. It can automatically complete the compression forming process of feeding, distributing, pressing, ejecting, and discharging in a single operation. This powder forming hydraulic press has gained recognition from numerous customers and is suitable for pressing graphite crucibles of various specifications. The equipment is available in 100-ton, 160-ton, and 200-ton models.
The 100T forming hydraulic press is mainly suitable for the production of powder metallurgy and structural mechanical parts, and also for the pressing and forming of precision ceramics and cemented carbide products. This series of presses adopts independent hydraulic and electrical systems. The crucible powder servo hydraulic press is equipped with an automatic feeding and recovery device and floating pressing technology, which can effectively control the forming density of the product and can perform protective film and ordinary film packaging. The electrical control uses a PLC programmable controller, and the hydraulic system uses advanced cartridge-type integrated valves to ensure the continuity of the hydraulic press and the stability of the crucible powder servo hydraulic press during frequent operation. In addition, it is equipped with an oil cooling device, centralized button control, and mechanical limit devices to ensure product consistency.
Main performance characteristics of hydraulic press
1. This hydraulic press employs an independent hydraulic power mechanism, consisting of a pump, motor, valve assembly, and oil tank. The power mechanism includes oil filtration and level display devices.
2. The hydraulic system uses two-way cartridge valves, characterized by small size, compact structure, low flow resistance, large flow rate, sensitive operation, reliable operation, good sealing performance, convenient maintenance, and long service life. An auxiliary support system is installed in the lower chamber of the main cylinder to ensure the slider does not detach in the event of sudden component failure. The system is equipped with a pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder.
3. The main oil pump of the hydraulic press is a stable axial piston pump.
4. The hydraulic press oil tank is a welded steel plate structure with oil level markings for easy observation of the oil level. Air filters, valve assemblies, and other components are neatly arranged above the oil tank cover.
5. The main hydraulic pipelines of the hydraulic press use flange connections and are appropriately arranged with anti-vibration clamps to prevent vibration and leakage in high-pressure pipelines. The pipelines undergo pickling and passivation treatment before installation to ensure oil cleanliness.
6. Pressure Gauge: The hydraulic press uses a shock-resistant pressure gauge that is not easily damaged. The electric contact pressure gauge continuously displays the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder, stopping operation when the set pressure is reached, effectively providing protection.
7. Pressure Safety: The hydraulic press's cartridge valves have an independent pressure regulation system. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the valve overflows and returns oil, keeping the system within the set pressure range, achieving overpressure protection.
8. The hydraulic press's automatic material feeding system features a dual-hopper design. The larger hopper is installed on the fixed beam, and the smaller hopper is installed on the floating beam. This effectively reduces the load on the floating beam during operation, ensuring the equipment's resistance to eccentric loads during long-term use.
