Today, our company welcomed a distinguished delegation of guests from afar-a client delegation from Iran. Their visit aimed to conduct a final on-site inspection of the CNC vertical lathe we custom-manufactured for them, and to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection of our production scale, technological capabilities, and corporate culture. This was not only a rigorous commercial inspection, but also a journey of in-depth technical exchange and friendship across borders.
When customers arrived at our company, the first thing that caught their eyes was the magnificent modern factory and the well-organized production environment. We gave them a detailed introduction to our company's development history, core values, and the technological breakthroughs and market achievements we have made in the field of heavy-duty CNC equipment, especially CNC vertical lathes.
Then, we took the customers on a tour of the final assembly workshop. Inside, several CNC vertical lathes of varying sizes were in various stages of assembly and commissioning. The workers' focused expressions, standardized work procedures, and clear floor markings all spoke volumes about our rigorous quality management system. Customers frequently paused, sometimes taking photos with their phones, sometimes engaging in in-depth discussions with our engineers on assembly details. They remarked, "The details of our workshop management reveal a company's true strength and commitment to quality."
At the acceptance site, the CNC machine tool was already fully assembled, its polished guideways and massive worktable standing quietly, awaiting the customer's inspection. Our technical team first presented the customer with a complete pre-acceptance report, precision test data, and certificates of conformity for key components. Then, under the customer's watch, we started up the machine.
According to the process plan agreed upon with the customer, we clamped a pre-prepared automotive wheel hub onto the machine. As the operator input commands, the machine spindle slowly started up, the turret moved precisely, and rough machining of the workpiece began. Even under heavy cutting conditions, the machine operated smoothly and with minimal noise, demonstrating excellent vibration resistance and rigidity. We then conducted a final test cut to verify surface finish and dimensional accuracy. When the finished workpiece was lowered from the workbench, the customer touched the mirror-smooth surface with their own hands and repeatedly measured it with precision measuring tools to confirm the dimensional accuracy, their faces beamed with approval.
In addition to the machine inspection, we arranged several technical exchange meetings. Engineers from both sides exchanged experiences and insights on topics such as optimizing cutting parameters for CNC vertical lathes for specific materials (such as some alloy steels commonly used in Iran), tool selection, and possible future automation production line upgrades. Sketches filled the whiteboards in the conference room, and the discussion was lively and engaging. This technical resonance, transcending a buyer-seller relationship, solidified the foundation of our partnership.
This successful visit by our Iranian customers was not only a product inspection, but also a demonstration of our brand and strength.
