Numerical control lathes are inseparable from daily maintenance. The maintenance items to be done every day include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and air pressure system. Daily inspection is based on the normal conditions of each system of the lathe. For example, when testing the process of the CNC lathe spindle lubrication system, the lathe power light should be on and the oil pressure pump should operate normally. If the lathe power light is not on, the lathe spindle should be kept in a stopped state and contact the mechanical engineer for maintenance.
In order to prevent the machine tool from rusting, all the guide rails and processing surfaces of the CNC lathe are coated with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. There may be dust deposited on the protective layer during transportation. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned before the lathe is started. Special attention should be paid. Yes: rolling guide, worktable, tool magazine, spindle taper.
Cleaning should be done with cotton cloth with cleaning agent. During the washing process, prevent the anti-rust oil and cleaning agent from entering the guide rail surface. After cleaning the machine tool, add clean lubricating oil to the guide rail, processing surface, and sliding switch of the protective cover.
The cooling device of the CNC lathe can only improve the processing quality of the workpiece and prolong the life of the CNC machine parts if it has good cooling. Under normal circumstances, the daily maintenance of the cooling device is mainly the introduction and discharge of the cooling liquid, replacement, and cleaning of the filter device. The cooling device should be maintained in time for the following situations:
1. Observe the oil mark on the front side of the water tank, and add it in time when the cooling water is reduced. Under normal circumstances, the water outlet configuration around the main shaft should at least make the oil filter at the suction port of the cooling pump completely submerged in the water;
2. When the cooling water deteriorates, it must be replaced in time. Remove the screw plug under the water tank and drain the waste liquid. After cleaning the water tank, fill in new and clean cooling liquid;
3. The cooling water tank is divided into two water tanks, a water tank and a pump box. The filter screen is easy to put out when it needs to be cleaned, and the cleaning is very convenient. In addition, there is an oil filter at the entrance of the cooling pump (the two equipment should also be checked and Cleaning);
4. It is recommended to clean the oil filter and filter once every two months under normal circumstances.
