2. Spindle – The Double Column Vertical CNC Lathe features a built-in high-precision spindle controlled by a servo motor, achieving efficient and precise rotation.

3. Tooling System – The CNC machine tool is equipped with an eight-position tool post. The tooling system consists of multiple tool posts that can be easily changed to adapt to different machining operations. This improves production efficiency and reduces manual intervention.

4. Control System – The lathe is equipped with a high-precision CNC system that is easy to operate and allows for precise machining settings.

5. Feed System – The feed system is driven by a high-precision servo motor, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the machining process.

Lubrication System – The lathe is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, using a domestically produced centralized automatic lubrication system, providing continuous and reliable lubrication for the machine tool, and featuring level and pressure alarm functions. This improves its reliability and extends its service life.

The electrical system of the Double Column Vertical CNC Lathe features overcurrent and short-circuit protection in its power circuits, and all machine tool-related actions are interlocked to ensure equipment and personnel safety. The electrical system has self-diagnostic capabilities, allowing operators and maintenance personnel to monitor the operating status of various parts of the machine tool at any time using indicator lights and displays. Major electrical components are selected from imported and Sino-foreign joint venture products, ensuring the machine tool's safety and reliability.

The standard configuration of the electrical cabinet adopts a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with an air conditioner to achieve dust prevention and cooling. Sufficient space is reserved within the electrical cabinet for future expansion.
