The machine body is exceptionally robust, constructed from a welded frame of integral steel plates and guided by four support columns. Following high-temperature tempering treatment, internal stresses have been virtually eliminated. Consequently, the machine body remains free from deformation - even during prolonged, high-tonnage operations - ensuring exceptional long-term stability.

The slide mechanism boasts high precision, utilizing a design that pairs high-precision guide bushings with the support columns. This configuration ensures smooth movement, effectively mitigating issues of misalignment during the pressing process, resulting in products with uniform thickness and precise formation.

The hydraulic system is equipped with high-strength cylinders and internationally renowned sealing components. Boasting a formidable load-bearing capacity, it performs flawlessly even during extended periods of high-pressure operation, making it particularly well-suited for pressing high-density and high-strength workpieces.

The hydraulic circuitry has been optimized and incorporates a low-noise hydraulic pump along with buffering devices. This design significantly reduces both mechanical shock and hydraulic noise, thereby creating a quieter and more comfortable workshop environment.

Hydraulic buffering control is implemented during both the downward pressing and return strokes of the slide. Even during high-speed operation, vibration and impact are significantly reduced; this not only extends the service life of the molds but also ensures greater stability in product forming.

The worktable comes pre-fitted with standard T-slots, facilitating rapid mold installation and removal. Operators can quickly master the mold-changing procedure with minimal training, resulting in a substantial increase in efficiency when switching between different product varieties.

All movements of the 4 Column Hydraulic Press are controlled by a PLC, ensuring continuous automatic operation. The pressing time, pressure, and product thickness can be adjusted as needed.

The working parts are independently separated from the hydraulic system, preventing contamination, and are equipped with an automatic heating device to minimize wear.

Optional features, such as automatic feeding systems, are also available.
