The main key components of the CK100 high intensity cutting CNC vertical lathe, such as the column, base, slide, and slide block, have been optimized and analyzed using advanced design tools. The rib layout is reasonable. The machine bed is made of high-grade gray cast iron, which enhances its resistance to torsional deformation. All components undergo tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress. The rectangular guide rails of the column and slide block are high-frequency quenched to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.

Turret Selection

For CNC machine tools used in brake drum valve machining, the tool post can be configured with a turret structure, a vertical tool post with four or six positions, or a horizontal eight-position hydraulic or servo tool post.
