Fully enclosed protection

Even in extreme situations, workpiece flyaways will not damage the external protection. High-flow cooling and baseplate chip flushing ensure the machine remains chip-free during operation.
Long-span bed
The CNC vertical lathe's large span increases the support surface of the saddle and enhances motion stability. The CNC vertical lathe is equipped with a heavy-duty linear guideway. The linear guideway slider is tightly connected to the carriage via bolts. The carriage is driven left and right by a servo motor, ball screw, and elastic coupling.
Electric lubrication system
The CNC vertical lathe's electric lubricating oil pump precisely adjusts the lubricant flow and frequency via an electric control system, enabling automatic, timed, and quantitative oil supply. This precise lubrication method ensures that each lubrication point on a CNC vertical lathe receives the appropriate amount of lubricant, avoiding waste and contamination caused by over-lubrication and friction, wear, and component damage caused by under-lubrication.
