Application areas
Slant bed CNC lathes can machine shaft and disc-shaped parts, and turn threads, arcs, cones, and the internal and external curved surfaces of rotating bodies, enabling efficient, high-volume, and high-precision machining of rotating parts. Lathe Features
The slant bed CNC lathe features a 30° slant bed, resulting in more stable force distribution during cutting. The internal ribs are optimized using Ansys software, giving the machine high rigidity. The bed is made of high-density cast iron, offering high strength and excellent shock absorption. An enlarged chip removal port ensures smooth cutting. The CNC slant bed's guideways utilize 35mm precision linear ball bearing guideways, providing high feed accuracy, low frictional resistance, good rigidity, and high resistance to vibration and deformation, enabling users to achieve higher machining accuracy and faster movement speeds, thus increasing production efficiency.
The X and Z axes of the milling and turning composite slant bed CNC lathe are driven by servo motors and directly connected to ball screws via flexible couplings. The ball screws are fixed at both ends. Both axis guideways are rolling guideways, which are four-way equal load type, offering high precision and high load capacity. The balls are separated by cages to reduce frictional resistance, temperature rise, and thermal deformation during rapid movement, thereby significantly improving machining accuracy, rapid traverse speed, and production efficiency.
