This machine employs an independent power mechanism and electrical system, with centralized button control, enabling three operating modes: adjustment mode, manual mode, and semi-automatic mode. The machine's working pressure, pressing speed, stroke, and the range of rapid descent and deceleration under no-load conditions can all be adjusted according to process requirements, and it can complete the ejection process.

Main Mechanical Components

The four-column hydraulic press uses Q235A high-quality steel plates for its upper beam, slide, and worktable, welded using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding to ensure excellent precision. The four columns are made of 45 steel with a hardened surface. The slide is connected to the main cylinder piston by flanges, and the slide moves up and down guided by the four columns, preventing scratches and damage to the columns.
The main cylinder body is fixed to the upper beam. The lower end of the piston rod is connected to the slide block by flanges and bolts. YX-type sealing rings with opposite directions are installed on the piston head, dividing the cylinder into two oil chambers. O-rings are installed on the outer circumference of the guide sleeve, and are secured with flanges and bolts to ensure cylinder port sealing. Dustproof rings are installed on the cylinder port flanges to prevent dust from entering the piston rod. The cylinder seals use high-quality domestic products. The piston rod surfaces of all cylinders undergo rigorous heat treatment and tempering, with a hard chrome plating finish. The main cylinder seals use new YA-type sealing rings with low frictional resistance and high pressure resistance, preventing cylinder scoring caused by metal-to-metal contact with the piston rod.
Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is located on the ground to the right of the main unit. The hydraulic piping system is reliably sealed, preventing leaks. The piping is neatly arranged, and both the piping and the inside of the oil tank have undergone thorough rust removal and cleaning. The pressure regulation and display system is located on the control panel in front of the oil tank and consists of various remote pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges.

The hydraulic system consists of cartridge valves, filling valves, integrated oil circuits, pump units, and an oil tank. Its main function is to control the movement of the slide block. The hydraulic control system uses advanced integrated two-way cartridge valve blocks. These offer fast response, high oil flow capacity, low flow resistance, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. The hydraulic press's power unit uses a high-flow, high-pressure, pressure-compensated variable axial piston pump. A dual-circuit safety valve is installed in the lower chamber of the cylinder to reliably prevent overpressure in the lower chamber and protect against accidental slide block descent.
