Performance Advantages of Heavy Duty CNC Slant Bed Lathe
The tool turret of the slant bed lathe for heavy-duty cutting with CNC control utilizes sensitive and reliable proximity switches, and features a carefully designed electronic sensing system for fast and accurate sensing without tool interference. The optimized design results in a lower center of gravity, improving force distribution and impact resistance.
The tailstock of the slant bed CNC lathe can be moved forward and backward automatically by the CNC system's M commands, or manually via buttons on the control panel. After the tailstock centers the workpiece, a radial locking cylinder locks the tailstock in place. This structure is more advantageous for machining long shaft parts.
The hydraulic system of the slant bed CNC lathe allows for independent pressure adjustment of each actuator cylinder and includes pressure protection devices. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an air cooling device. The standard configuration of the slant bed CNC lathe uses a Sino-foreign joint venture centralized quantitative automatic lubrication system.
The cooling tank and chip conveyor of the slant bed CNC lathe are separated from the main machine to ensure that the machine's accuracy is not affected by cutting heat. An imported high-flow, high-head cooling pump is used. The cooling water is drawn from the cooling pump and directly connected to the cooling nozzle on the tool holder. The water is sprayed through the nozzle to provide cooling and lubrication for the workpiece and tools, ensuring workpiece machining accuracy and extending tool life. Furthermore, depending on the user's requirements for machine layout, the chip conveyor can be side-mounted or rear-mounted.
