Industrial Hydraulic Press Machine

The three-beam, four-column hydraulic press consists of an upper crossbeam, a lower worktable, and four vertical columns. The frame is fabricated from thick steel plates and welded into an integral structure. After welding, it undergoes stress-relief annealing to reduce residual welding stress before being precision-machined on a large CNC gantry machining center.

The four guide columns are hard-chrome plated and fitted with wear-resistant guide bushings. The clearance between the columns and bushings is carefully controlled to ensure smooth and stable movement of the slide. Frame dimensions and column arrangements can be designed according to the product size, mold height, and required pressing force.

Industrial Hydraulic Press Machines typically use two types of cylinders: the main cylinder and the ejector cylinder. High-pressure hydraulic oil enters the cylinder and drives the piston and piston rod in a linear reciprocating motion, converting hydraulic energy into the mechanical force required for forming.
The main cylinder drives the slide through the pressing cycle, including downward movement, pressure holding, and the return stroke. It provides the pressing force required for the machine's rated tonnage, while the ejector cylinder pushes the finished workpiece out of the mold after forming.
The cylinder bore, operating pressure, and stroke are selected according to the machine's rated tonnage and the specific requirements of the forming process.

The worktable supports the lower die and related tooling. It is equipped with T-slots as standard, allowing dies to be securely clamped in position.

The worktable dimensions, load capacity, and T-slot layout are designed to suit the product specifications and die requirements. For applications involving multi-cavity dies, automatic feeding systems, heating plates, or other auxiliary equipment, additional mounting space, fixing holes, and connection interfaces can be incorporated into the design.

The hydraulic power system consists mainly of a hydraulic pump, electric motor, valve manifold, oil tank, and connecting pipes. Key components, including the hydraulic pump, main control valve manifold, and seals, are sourced from established brands. This helps ensure that replacement parts are available through domestic and international supply channels.

The hydraulic circuit can be configured according to the machine's operating requirements to support different stages of the pressing cycle, including rapid descent, slow-speed pressing, pressure holding, pressure release, and slide return.
