CNC Slant Lathe

This CNC slant bed features a 45° slant bed structure, comprising a bed, spindle box, saddle and slide, tool post, tailstock, lubrication system, cooling and chip removal system, and CNC system. The thickened base of the slant bed significantly improves the machine's stability and vibration resistance. Furthermore, all machine components undergo two manual annealing processes, enhancing precision retention and high-speed machining stability. The CNC slant bed employs a fully enclosed design, reducing chip splashing during machining, facilitating cleaning, ensuring leak-free operation, and allowing for rear or side chip removal configurations to meet diverse customer needs.
